Order Processing

Processing Time: All orders are processed within –2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another notification with tracking details once it is shipped.

Delivery Time: 5–7 business days (depending on location)

Note: Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, sales, or unforeseen events like weather disruptions or courier delays.

Serviceable Locations

We currently ship across all serviceable PIN codes in India through trusted courier partners. If your location is non-serviceable, we will contact you promptly to arrange alternatives or a refund.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order in your Swavable account dashboard or by contacting us at care@swavable.com

Delayed or Undelivered Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe or marked as delivered but not received:

Please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery.
We’ll coordinate with our courier partner to resolve the issue swiftly.

Cancellations & Address Changes

Orders once shipped cannot be canceled or modified Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.
