Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 3 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be returned in the original packaging
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-returnable items include:

  • Digital downloads
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Items marked “final sale”

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted
  • Contact your bank — processing times vary

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent. If you need to exchange it for the same product, contact us at care@swavable.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns of higher value.
