- Only one affiliate account per person is allowed.

- Upon approval, affiliates will receive a unique referral code.
- Affiliates are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their referral code.
- Referral codes may be shared via personal networks, blogs, websites, and social media.
- Spamming, unsolicited emails, or misleading promotions are strictly prohibited.
- Swavable reserves the right to suspend or deactivate codes suspected of misuse or violation.
- Commissions are earned on qualifying purchases made using your referral code.
- Commission rates, payout thresholds, and payment methods are detailed in your affiliate dashboard.
- Swavable reserves the right to modify commission structures with prior notice via email.
- Payments are processed within the timeframe stated on the dashboard.
- Fraudulent, cancelled, or returned orders may result in reversal of commissions.
- Affiliates may use Swavable's branding and creatives only as provided for the Program.
- Modification of Swavable trademarks, logos, or brand assets is prohibited.
- Usage must comply with Swavable's branding guidelines.
- Affiliates may not impersonate Swavable or misrepresent their relationship with the brand.
- Paid advertising using Swavable's name (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) is not allowed without written permission.
- Any violations may result in termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
- Swavable may suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without cause.
- Affiliates may also exit the program by contacting: business@swavable.com.
- Swavable is not liable for any indirect losses, system issues, or third-party problems related to the Program.
- Affiliates agree to indemnify Swavable against any claims arising from their promotional activities.
- Swavable may update these Terms at any time.
- Continued participation implies acceptance of the latest version.
- Affiliates are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
