Submitting the collaboration form does not guarantee a partnership. Every application is reviewed by our team, and we will contact creators whose profiles are a good fit for current collaboration opportunities.
2. Accurate Information
Please make sure that the information you provide is accurate and up to date. This includes your contact details, Instagram username, and follower count.
3. Profile Review
Our team may review your public social media profiles to better understand your content style, audience, and engagement before considering a collaboration.
4. Collaboration Details
If your profile is selected, we will reach out to discuss the collaboration. The campaign details, expectations, timelines, and content requirements will be shared during that discussion.
5. Paid or Barter Collaborations
Some collaborations may be paid, while others may be based on product or service exchange. The type of collaboration and any compensation will always be clearly discussed and agreed upon before the collaboration begins.
6. Content Authenticity
Creators are expected to create honest and authentic content that reflects their genuine experience. Promotional content should follow the agreed collaboration guidelines.
7. Content Usage
By participating in a collaboration, creators may allow Swavable to share or repost the content created for the campaign on its website, social media, or promotional materials. Proper credit will always be given to the creator whenever possible.
8. Communication
All collaboration discussions will take place directly between Swavable and the selected creator. We value clear, respectful, and transparent communication throughout the process.
9. Changes to Opportunities
Collaboration opportunities may change depending on campaign requirements, brand needs, or availability. Submitting the form does not create any obligation for either party until a collaboration is confirmed.

Swavable may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in the collaboration process.
