Returns
We accept returns only if the product is damaged.
To request a return, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Be returned in the original packaging
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase
Non-returnable items include:
- Digital downloads
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom items
- Items marked “final sale”
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original method of payment.
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (it may take a few days before the refund appears)
- Contact your bank (processing times can vary)

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or defective item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value returns.
