Return & Refund Policy
At Swavable, we strive to provide high-quality fashion and accessories that you’ll love. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Items such as lingerie, cosmetics, and personal accessories are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
- Sale/discounted items are final sale unless received damaged or defective.
Return Process:
- Go to your Order History and select the item you wish to return.
- Click on “Request Return” and fill out the reason.
- Our team will review and arrange for pickup or share return instructions.
Refund Policy:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, as per your choice.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or wrong.
